Emasculated by mac, the sad story of my brother Paul…
It’s my birthday!! And what better excuse for a tongue in cheek flame post! But seriously, this is a sad story. A sad story about someone I love very dearly – my brother Paul. Now I don’t really care for the whole mac/pc thing. But he’e changed since buying a mac laptop - I believe he’s being subtley emasculated by the mac.
I first noticed this when reading his blog, in one photo he was wearing what may very well have been a BLACK TURTLE NECK jumper (figure A). I mean, I can appreciate cold weather, I myself have been exiled to siberia by my own government. But never would I dare to wear a turtle neck jumper no matter how cold it was, especially if it ended up on the internet like my brother’s photo. what would my grandpa say about this? Rest his soul…

Secondly, I’ve been concerned about what he’s posting about in his blogs (yes plural). He’s gone from being uber geek to ulta post-modern technocrat with his vlogging, andI’m sorry, he just looks WAY too comfortably domesticated dressed in an apron in one post. Finally, may I draw attention to his interest in the most feminine of hobbyist pursuits – photography.
So that is the sad story of my brother Paul. I really hope he gets some help, but I don’t know. I just can’t see how it could help – he’s too far gone. So maybe this post is a warning to others, are you being emasculated by your mac?
Paul, call me. If you can read this. I love you brother (in a masculine fart and belch kind of way).
